Jason Richardson – President

With over 17 years of dedication to Jarvis Mechanical, Jason Richardson's journey from field helper to President is a powerful example of leadership built from the ground up. After completing a four-year apprenticeship and earning journeyman licenses in both Ohio and Kentucky, Jason quickly advanced into leadership roles—first as a foreman, then as a Project Manager overseeing nearly 50 commercial projects, and later expanding into estimating.

Jason's rise through nearly every level of the company gives him a unique ability to lead with empathy, clarity, and a deep respect for the craft. His hands-on experience allows him to connect with field teams, office staff, and clients alike, fostering a culture of trust, accountability, and pride in a job well done.

Today, as President, Jason brings a steady hand, sharp operational insight, and a people-first mindset to the next chapter of growth at Jarvis Mechanical.
